Please note that all purchases are final—we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at shepherdx.info@gmail.com so we can review the issue and assist you.
Important: Some items may feature intentional distressing (rips, tears, worn effects) as part of the design. These are not considered defects.
Exchanges
Due to the limited nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
However, if you ordered the wrong size and stock permits, reach out to us at shepherdx.info@gmail.com—we'll do our best to help.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are:

Incorrectly sent (wrong item)
We are not responsible for any packages lost or stolen during transit.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
